Funding information

From the SAAS website

“If you are taking a Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or a Postgraduate Diploma in Community Education (PGDipCE), the support arrangements will be the same as for an undergraduate course.

If you are studying in Scotland this will be tuition fees, a student loan, bursary and any supplementary grants that apply to you.

You can apply online, download the appropriate application form (SAS 3) from our download forms section or you can get one from your institution or from us.”

However, the Teach in Scotland website states that if your undergraduate degree is a professional qualification, the SAAS may not pay the funds in full, although you can still apply for a loan etc.
